With so many of our local and beloved Prince George’s County restaurants struggling right now, we jumped online to ask you all to share this information about the reopening of the County’s Restaurant Resiliency Fund! Between now and this January 22nd, Prince George’s County restaurants can apply for grants up to $25,000. Please share this post with your favorite local restaurant ASAP!
COVID-19 Guidance for Older Adults

Free Covid Testing Near Route 1, No Appointment Necessary
In case you didn’t know, Prince George’s County Department of Health now offers free COVID-19 testing throughout the county – including 5 locations near the Route 1 corridor. You don’t need an appointment nor a doctor’s note for testing at these sites – and they can accommodate drive-through and walk-up testing for those with or without symptoms.
PGCMLS to Reopen with Curbside Service Starting July 21st

Maryland Yard Sign Celebrating Life and Praise for Essential Workers
Another great way to show your support for essential workers and give back to our local communities and put some lovely art in your yard = SoHy Co-op’s “Thank You” yard sign! This beautiful collaboration between SoHy Co-op and local artist Clara Cornelius produces a sign that celebrates Maryland flora and thanks for our essential workers all while raising funds for our community via the Hyattsville COVID-19 Pandemic Relief Fund.
