Riverdale Park Farmers Market
One of my fave farmers markets! Get your fresh and local produce right here! Live music, too! We love strolling around the Riverdale Park Farmers Market, buying some fresh, local produce, grabbing a bite from one of the vendors, absorbing some tunes while the kids frolic around and then we all head to Town Center Market to enjoy a tasty beer or 5 outside.

Footloose & Ready to Dance
Dance Dance Party Party is a women-only freestyle exercise dance session! Come in your exercise clothes. Burn anywhere from 200-400 calories Dance your heart out to an eclectic mix of music for an hour straight. Make new friends, leave refreshed!

Concerts in the Park – The Crawdaddies!
Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy this free concert by The Crawdaddies, a nationally touring band based out of Baltimore that infuse Cajun, Zydeco, Blues, Roots and Reggae into an incomparable, grrove-laden sound that is unquestionably its own.

Aqua Zumba
No experience needed, all skill and fitness levels can enjoy and benefit. The water supports your joints nicely if you have some mobility limits, and if not, you can gear up for a very good workout.When: 7-8pm

Chamber Music Showcase – National Orchestral Institute
Hear the young artists o the National Orchestral institute perform in chamber music groups ranging from percussion ensembles to double-bass sextets and everything in between.

College Park ParkRun
Head out on for a weekly, free, 5K, timed run. Afterwards, enjoy a post parkrun coffee in The Board & Brew, 8150 Baltimore Ave, College Park. Yoga in the Parks
Join us for FREE yoga classes in the beautiful outdoors! Learn basic moves to strengthen your body, increase flexibility and free your mind. Classes run Memorial Day through Labor Day and are for ages 13+. No registration is required. Namaste!

Evening Boat Tour of the Anacostia River
Join us for a pontoon boat ride of the scenic Anacostia River. Routs are open to the public. Boat tour tickets are sold at the park office the day of the tour.

Coffee Ride
Our weekly ride to Vigilante Coffee in Hyattsville for caffeinated goodness. Bring cash/cc, lock. Approximately 12 miles round trip, mostly trails, some on-road riding. Helmets required.

Greenbelt Farmers Market
Check out this cool & big farmers market offering produce, pasture-raised meats, sustainable seafood, soaps, crepes, ice cream, breads and baked goods, goat cheese & more! While there, let your ears soak up some Transatlantic Crossing and their fiddle-n tunes (think “toe-tapping Irish and Scottish jigs and reels!”) When done shopping, head to the New Deal Cafe for some nosh and/or a coffee by Vigilante!
