On Green Friday, celebrate community at Community Forklift! Face painting, Holiday treats, pictures with Santa & more!

Winter Workshop for Kids
While you get some time for yourself, children ages 4-12 are welcome to come to our school for three hours and make five lovely gifts. Kids will wrap the gifts so they can stay a surprise until it’s time to open them. These are winter themed gifts and can apply to any holiday or gift giving occasion. When: 9am-12pm or 1pm-4pm

Watkins Festival of Lights
This spectacular holiday drive-through event features over one million twinkling lights, wonderful themed displays, & one of the tallest tree displays in the state! Don’t forget to bring canned goods/non-perishable items for donation to local food banks. Cash only.

Gingerbread Man Ornament
Run, run, run as fast as you can to this hands-on holiday workshop where you and your child can assemble a gingerbread picture frame that doubles as a Christmas ornament.Register here. While supplies last. (So get there early as they DO run out…)

Arts Drop-In Program: Clay Creations
Drop in for some free, hands-on creative fun facilitated by arts specialist Aaron Springer.

Smaland at College Park’s Ikea
Kids play in indoor playground while yo enjoy some shopping or just relax/eat/peoplewatch at the restaurant upstairs. Kiddos must be potty trained and be 37” to 54” tall (so children typically b/w ages of 3-6). Tips: (1) Best to arrive earlier on in the day as day progresses, so do the entrances lines; & (2) Join Ikea Family & kids get extra 30 minutes to play (depending on capacity) & you get free mildly-decent coffee!

Jitterbug Club (Ages 2-6)
