Open studio time for toddlers and their accompanying adults. DIY Pom Poms: With help from the teacher or their parents, Toddler will create pom poms out of yarn. Then they will be encouraged to trim the pom pom to practice cutting.

Azalea Classic
Join the University Park community for a morning of family-friendly fun and fitness for the 16th Annual Azalea Classic. The Azalea Classic has a race for everyone! Choose from our USATF certified 5K, our 1 Mile Challenge or our 1K Family Fun Run. All races take place on quiet, azalea-lined streets in University Park.

The Hare & Hound Fun Run (for children & families)
The Hare and Hound is fun for all ages. It is like a treasure hunt where participants follow clues in order to stay on course. The approximately 1K course is flat and will go through the woods and participants may get muddy. The course is not suitable for strollers or dogs.

Join in as the Spring class of the Junior Academy for the Performing Arts struts their stuff performing some of Broadway’s greatest and most loved moments! Tip: Neighbors with young children have attended great, free performances at The Clarice and have described them as “laid back” with a recommendation to sit towards the back/near an exit so that you may gracefully leave when your kids run out of steam!
