Hyattsville Murals “Fight the Blight”

SoHy Arts Building in Hyattsville

Route 1 in Hyattsville has a number of new, amazingly vibrant murals adorning the facades (and sides & behinds!) of many vacant buildings and they’re beautiful! Green Owl Design and UIP Development, teamed up with local artists to revamp this part of the Route 1 corridor and instantly beautify abandoned buildings that are slated for demolition.
