About “The New One”
He’s made you laugh in Sleepwalk With Me (it was a play presented by Nathan Lane, then a movie, THEN a book), My Girlfriend’s Boyfriend and “Thank God for Jokes.” (He was also really funny in that one season of “Orange is the New Black.” And in “Billions.” And “Broad City.”) Now he’s direct from Broadway, telling a new story in a new way with the same heart and humor we’ve come to expect. Lin-Manuel Miranda called THE NEW ONE “as perfect a night as you’re gonna get.” Do not miss THE NEW ONE. Some people say it’s his best one. (It was John Mulaney. Also Vogue.)
Curious? See what folks are saying about “The New One”!

The show was amazing! Thank you, Route 1 Fun!
There were points when I was literally massaging my cheeks because they hurt from laughing. The show is about children, so it hits pretty close to home. Mike Birbiglia is such a relatable comic. I would recommend this show to anyone with a sense of humor about starting a family.

How could the answer be anything but Franklins’s?
The food and drinks at Banana Blossom Bistro in Riverdale Park are always delicious and we really like the ambiance and staff.
How to have a favorite?? Perhaps Pizzaria Paradiso. But Burton’s, Franklin’s, spice 6, Jersey Mike’s, the habit, Ledo, Bon Chon, & pizza… All great. All but two of those has opened since we moved here. And thank goodness!!! It used to be quite a food desert around here.
Spice 6 in the Hyattsville Arts District!
