Our Friday morning coffee breakfast meet up followed by a bike ride. Bring cash/cc, helmet, lock and an appetite!

Partner Yoga Workshop
Bring a long time friend or new one that you want to build with. You can also come solo and make a new friend. Partner yoga is a creative and fun way to build stronger communication, and to create and nurture trust in your intimate relationships. We will explore weight sharing movement, partner assisted stretches and unison breathing exercises.

Premiere DC blues artist, Jonny Grave, brings his blues band to the New Deal for a rockin’ night to remember!

SATURDAY
Calm: Yoga + Meditation
We’ll begin with contemplation – bring a journal or sketchbook if you’d like. Then, we’ll add some mindful movements, breathing techniques, and guided meditation. Sometimes there will be soft music, sometimes silence. Set a restful and restorative tone for your weekend and purpose for your week ahead with this all-levels class.

Monterey Pop – 50th Anniversary 4K Digital Restoration
Featuring performances by popular artists of the 1960s, this concert film highlights the music of the 1967 California Festival. Notable acts include the Mamas and the Papas, Simon & Garfunkel, Otis Redding & Jimi Hendrix.

Tool Shed Acoustic in the Listening Room
The Tool Shed plays traditional and original songs. The band consists of Cara White on saw and vocals, Dave Thomas on banjo and vocals, and James Blucher on washtub. We enjoy and encourage audience participation. Old songs and new songs in the old style will take you back and tap your feet.
