We have lots of housewares and linens this year, along with the usual variety, and lots of treasures.

Savor Bowie 2019 Food, Wine, and Music Festival
Complimentary wine tasting (enough said!), but there’s more. Vendors, artisans & classic car show. Two stages w/ live music & entertainment. Proceeds will buy musical instruments for students in underserved communities. A feel good, crowd pleaser, for sure!

Chocolate Making Workshop: Seed to Bar
New Brooklyn Farms x Secret Cacao Garden x Harper Macaw chocolate workshop transforms the participant into a cacao alchemist (ages 7+). The 2-hour experience encompasses the home chocolate maker secrets, made with single origin direct trade cacao seeds from Brazil, graciously provided Washington DC’s fine chocolate maker Harper Macaw.

Head out on for a weekly, free, 5K, timed run. Afterwards, enjoy a post parkrun coffee in The Board & Brew, 8150 Baltimore Ave, College Park. All ages welcome!

Saturday Social Ride
Joy ride w/ folks from Proteus Bicycles. An 8-12 mile loop, w/ pit stop for coffee & snacks. Mostly trails, some road biking. Children welcome, if they ride at least 10 miles w/o training wheels, or sit in a trailer or child seat w/ an adult’s bike. Helmets required, all. See you @ the start line!
