NMAAHC Kids on the Rise with the Alphabet Rockers
Kids are done with school and it’s the perfect time to celebrate. Bring them in for high energy music and dance with a cause – standing up against hate!

Water Pong Challenge (Ages 10-17)

Community Movie Night – Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Hyattsville Juneteenth Festival (All Ages)
Make noise with fellow Americans – it’s ‘Freedom Day!. The city’s lined up DJs and live musicians. Distractions for kids including massive play area. Food, wine & beer. Vendors with items for sale.

Juneteenth Festival
Marking the date that the last enslaved people learned of their freedom, the month of June and the nineteenth day were combined to form the word Juneteenth. This family-friendly festival will include music, dance, performers, workshops and more!

Blast Off to Summer Reading Block Party (All Ages)
Want a little excitement to jumpstart your summer reading list? Don’t miss this space-themed library event! Featuring performances, crafts, games, and community organizations and local businesses.
