Mt. Rainier Elementary PTO Fall Carnival!
Check out this fun afternoon/evening of games and great good at the Mount Rainier Elementary Fall Carnival! Activities include games/face painting/basketball/bouncy house (ages 3+) & more. This is a great way for prospective students and their families to get to know teachers, students and families who attend! Ticket sales benefit the Mount Rainier Parent Teacher Organization.

Open Gym at PG Sports & Learning Complex
This place is HUGE. Great for 1-12 years old. Two climbing walls. Two foam pits. Tons of equipment for curious ones to explore and blow off some steam. Very clean. Spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Adults are to be on the floor with the children (Max 3 child:1 adult).

Rafael’s Race – 5k Race/1k run-walk
Run and support this race organized in honor of Greenbelt Elementary student, Rafael Martin, who pass away in ’09 of a rare disease called VATER syndrome. Money raised supports Greenbelt Elementary PTA.

Fire House Bank Workshop
Join our hands-on workshop and you and your child can build a cute coin bank with a fire station design. Once the bank is built, your child can decorate it with paint and stickers. Tip: Get there early; supplies may/often run out.

Hand on Drums is a Pop-Up Store that celebrates and supports the work of Ghana craft makers while delivering hands-on drumming and arts experiences to uplift communities.
