Riverdale Park Farmers Market
One of my fave farmers markets! Get your fresh and local produce right here! Live music, too! We love strolling around the Riverdale Park Farmers Market, buying some fresh, local produce, grabbing a bite from one of the vendors, absorbing some tunes while the kids frolic around and then we all head to Town Center Market to enjoy a tasty beer or 5 outside.

Culture Keepers Opening Reception and Panel Discussion
We are proud to kick off our summer with the Culture Keepers presents “Chocolate Cities: Youth Exhibit” Opening Reception and Panel Discussion, June 1 6-9pm. This youth exhibition group show will feature art works from our after-school teen Culture Keepers program. Our students have been working for seven months to create compelling works of art exploring the history and state of African American urban enclaves in Prince George’s County and Washington DC.When: 6-9pm

4th Annual Mutt Strut
Woof! Woof! Join us for the 4th Annual UP Civic Association Mutt Strut! It will be a fun gathering for our precious dogs and their faithful human friends to take a 1.5 mile stroll through University Park, escorted by the UP Police department. Vendors will also be set up at the field, so please visit even if you’re not walking your mutt!

Arrow Bicycle Sunday Ride
The Sunday ride is a 32-mile, moderately paced ride that emphasizes group riding techniques. Those new to group riding are welcome as we regroup throughout the ride so that nobody is left behind. Ride starts at Arrow Bicycle. Many rides are held subject to weather so it’s a good idea to confirm dates, time and any specific requirements, too.
