Join Art Enables, an art gallery working with adults artists with disabilities, at their next FREE 2nd Saturday Workshop on January 11! Led by Maryland artist Peter A. Lewis, this visual art workshop will focus on engaging students in a freestyle process that will allow them to express themselves on canvas. To create your take-home masterpiece, you’ll use acrylic paint and markers to create free-flowing lines using your imagination that will turn into shapes and forms. This free, family-friendly workshop is open to all ages and artistic abilities. All materials and light refreshments will be provided.
About the Instructor: Peter A Lewis, a native of Trinidad and Tobago, now resides in Hyattsville, Maryland. Lewis uses both oil and acrylic on canvas and specializes in bold colors and abstract imagery. His creations symbolize a universal message for everyone to interpret. Lewis holds a Fine Arts Degree from Montgomery College.
