Dance Party for Women – Thursday nights 7pm-8pm
Join us on Thursday nights from 7pm-8pm for Dance Dance Party Party (DDPP). DDPP is a Women-Only freestyle exercise dance hour.
It’s simple – YOU come in your exercise clothes. WE play an hour of danceable music. YOU dance your heart out to an eclectic mix of music for an hour straight. Meet new people, leave refreshed – repeat the following week.
