Catch the last outdoors version of this awesome farmers market (they’ll move indoors next week)! Get your fresh and local produce right here! Live music, too! We love strolling around the Riverdale Park Farmers Market, buying some fresh, local produce, grabbing a bite from one of the vendors, absorbing some tunes while the kids frolic around and then we all head to Town Center Market to enjoy a tasty beer or 5 outside.

Light Up the Wharf
Ok – so this is in DC but it sounds awesome & we’ve been meaning to check out The Wharf so sharing deets: The Wharf gets merry and bright with our inaugural tree lighting. Join us as we flip the switch on a 40-foot fir tree, plus thousands of twinkling lights all along the one-mile waterfront. It’s a new holiday tradition not to be missed!

Works-in-Progress 2017 Aerial Showcase
See new aerial work, experience movement improvisations, and hear a live musical performance by Kiersten Whitehead. Allow your own imagination to widen as you watch students share expressive work on a variety of aerial equipment. Come early and take an aerial mini-lesson in the lobby from 5:15-5:45pm. Concessions sold by Mount Rainier Elementary School PTO will support arts programs for local students, so bring a few bucks and have a snack to support our neighborhood school.
