National Family Health and Fitness Day (All Ages)
We want to pump you up! With family physical activity fun. Cruise (or crash! lol) your way through a bike obstacle course. Check out the Get Fit Mobile unit and enjoy fitness classes, activities and more!

The McCeney March (All Ages)
Walk in the footsteps of an unforgettable member of Laurel’s community. Raise funds to sponsor students pursuing academic coursework in history. Post-march riverfront picnic! Great way to get the whole family involved in making a difference.
When: 11am

Open Gym (Ages 2-6)
Chillax on a Saturday morning with the young crowd. Let them go crazy with hula hoops and other play gym toys. Feeling groovy? Participate, or not! Stay as little (or as long as your kids let you, hehe). It’s drop-in hour!

Multicultural Festival & Health Fair (All Ages)
Pop up fair at a nature center. Wide-open field with tents and tables. Walk right up and enjoy international foods and pick up some health information. Celebrate diversity with live music and activities for the kids!

Fairy tales and nursery rhymes come to life in their enchanted forest. Snuggle up to friendly farm animals, hop on a pony ride or mine for gems! Fall fun with pumpkins and more! And just for you, adults (drum roll…), mechanical bull rides!

I Like The Me I See! Children’s Book Signing & Release Party
Self-love is first love. Embark on this never-ending journey with a book reading and song performance by the ‘Culture Queen’ herself.
