We love strolling around the Riverdale Park Farmers Market, buying some fresh, local produce, grabbing a bite from one of the vendors, absorbing some tunes while the kids frolic around and then we all head to Town Center Market to enjoy a tasty beer or 5 outside.

Join in and support this free reading by Hyattsville’s own Ruthanna Emrys. Dogs for the Arts

Bottle Opener Game
Learn to build a bottle-opener game board. Join our Associate-led demonstration and you’ll be shown how to use carpenter’s tools to measure and cut the wood to create a bottle opener that also functions as a game. In addition, our Associate will also demonstrate the safe use of common project tools including a circular saw, brad nailer and drill. At the end of the workshop, Store Associates can help you shop for everything you need to create your own project at home. Sponsored by Coca-Cola.

PorchFest is a family-friendly community music event, appropriate for all ages. The focal points will be a variety of musical acts ranging from acoustic to electric, and solo to ensemble.
