Join aerial artists from UpSpring Aerial Lab and the musicians of Kundalika for a special preview of their upcoming show, Elemental. Elemental is a collaborative performance exploring how people are experiencing climate change.
UpSpring and Kundalika will share excerpts from their upcoming performance. Afterward, the audience will be invited to share their feedback and ask questions.
Kundalika’s music features an innovative format called “global jugalbandi,” a cross-cultural musical conversation between Indian classical melody and other musical traditions such as bluegrass, jazz, and Manding. This show also features new aerial choreography on trapeze, cloud swing, vertical fabric, and double sling.
