3/12/20 Update: The Spring Break Theatre Arts Camps at the Clarice has been canceled. Please see note below from PG Parks and Recreation.
We regret to inform all participants of the Spring Break Theater Arts Camp at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center, that the camp scheduled for Monday, April 6 through Friday, April 10 has been CANCELED. This decision was made in response the University of Maryland closing the campus and limiting public access to the buildings and facilities in response to the Coronavirus. The Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center has canceled all scheduled events and rentals from Friday, March 13, 2020 until Friday, April 10, 2020. Unfortunately, Spring Break Theater Camp is included in this decision.
A full refund will be returned to all registered particpants.

Young actors ages 8 to 12 will take the stage at this week-long acting camp perfect for theater lovers. Students will learn about improvisation, character creation, scene work, the actor’s voice, theatre games, and so much more. The camp also includes a field trip to Discovery Theater in Washington, DC on Friday, April 10. So come hone your talents this spring break at Theater Arts Camp.
Spring Break Theatre Camp at the Clarice
Theatre Arts Spring Break Camp runs Monday, April 6 through Friday, April 10 from 9 am to 4:30 pm. Before and after care is also available between 7 am and 9 am and 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm. The camp is located at the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center, University of Maryland, 8270 Alumni Drive, College Park, MD, 20742.
