Season’s Greenings: 🚆 All Aboard!
A weekday’s a great (not as crowded) day to check out this fantastic seasonal event. Every year, the US Botanic Gardens puts on an amazing holiday display with model trains, poinsettias and landmarks made of leaves, sticks and many other garden accouterments!
When: Now through January 1, 2019, 10am-5pm

Storytime PopUp! @ The Waterhole
Join us for stories, songs, fingerplays and more at this innovation collaboration between PGCMLS & Mt. Rainier’s fabulous organic juice & smoothie joint, The Waterhole. Best for 0-3 years olds as space can be tight. Curious? Click here for my review of The Waterhole!

Holiday Tales Ready 2 Read Storytime: Ages 3-5
Celebrate the winter holidays with us as we enjoy great stories!

Art Drop-In Program: Holiday Cards & Decorations
Drop in for some free, hands-on creative fun facilitated by arts specialist Aaron Springer.
When: 10am-12pm

Trilingual Santa at Streetcar 82
Santa visits Streetcar 82 and is ready to greet you in American Sign Language, English and Spanish!
When: Saturday, December 22nd, 12-3pm
Where: Streetcar 82, Hyattsville
Cost: Free (no entry fee)

Learn to play or improve your game. All ages are welcome. 
When: 1:30-2:30pm 
Where: Hyattsville Library 
Cost: Free! 
Strolling Christmas Carolers in Riverdale Park Station
Get in the holiday spirit as the Capitol Carolers bring holiday music and joy to Riverdale Park Station! There’ll be giveaways of branded goodies!
When: 4-6pm

Festival of Lights
Bring a little twinkle to your holidays at this spectacular drive-through event featuring dazzling displays with more than 2.5 million lights throughout the park! Some pics from our visit, here (chalk blurry-ness up to taking pics while driving).

Where: Watkins Regional Park, Upper Marlboro
Cost: $10/car; $20 mini-bus
