Trombone master Kirsten Lies-Warfield 
Former U.S. Army band trombonist and Brentwoodโ€™s own Kirsten Lies-Warfield takes the instrument places you didnโ€™t know it could go this Thursday! Hear what a virtuoso musician can do over a variety of lively beats. As always, the evening is kid-friendly. (Always a fun time and can attest that their falafels, with some special sauce, will make you return for more!)When: 7-9pm

Snap ‘N Paint Experience
Dig Soulja Boy? Like to paint, with friends? Then check out Artbae Society’s Snap ‘N Paint, featuring 2-hour guided instruction session of a painting with “Snap” music selections from the early 2000’s.

The Holiday Mt. Rainier Craft Fair
Join for a holiday craft fair like no other! Festive decor, incredible local crafters from all over the DC-MD-VA area and a gathering of loving, accepting community.

Wreath Workshop

Carpe Noctem Holiday Market – St. Jerome Academy
Our annual Holiday Market invites the community to shop the night with over 50 unique artisan vendors, while enjoying delicious food and drinks. Festive family fun, including activities for the kids and visits with Santa. this year’s event also features exciting raffles – piano, getaway for 12 at a Pennsylvania vacation house, summer camps and SO much more!!

Greenbelt Farmers Market Holiday
Come for your farmers market favorites plus holiday greenery and other holiday items. The Greenbelt Festival of Lights Juried Art and Craft Fair will be running the same weekend in the Greenbelt Community Center next door.

Zombie Nutcracker anyone? ๐Ÿ˜‰ In this (slightly) deranged (new) annual aerial tradition, UpSpring explores what would happen if the Nutcracker took place on Halloween. Zombies, snow ghosts, and sea monsters dance and dangle from the ceiling. (If you haven’t seen UpSpring aerial performances before, THEY’RE AMAZING! Like a local Cirque!)

Stories and Song from Eastern Europe
The College Park Chorale and Chamber Singers present music and folk tales from Russia, Czech Republic and Slovenia.
