Pride Month Collage (Ages 5-12)
Celebrate diversity by collaborating on a rainbow collage!

Smaland at College Park’s Ikea
Free, 1 hour, supervised, enclosed, safe & clean play area near the entrance. Enjoy some shopping or just relax/eat/peoplewatch at the restaurant upstairs while your young one(s) burns off some energy at Smaland. Children must be potty trained and be 37” to 54” tall (so children typically b/w ages of 3-6). Tips: (1) Best to arrive earlier on in the day as day progresses, so do the entrances lines; & (2) Join Ikea Family & kids get extra 30 minutes to play (depending on capacity) & you get free coffee!

Let’s Go Bowling!
Check out the new bowling alley (in old AMF bowling location) for some Friday afternoon bowling! They’ve also got an arcade section. And the food was better than expected! 🙂

Learn to Row Clinic (Ages 12+)
Washington Rowing School is having their annual free learn to row clinic in honor of National Learn to Row Day.

Classic Car (Best for ages 5-12)

Share the nostalgic pastime of car modeling with your child in our classic car hands-on workshop. Together you can build a vintage General Motors-style wooden car to put on display or take for a ride “with no particular place to go. Once your vehicle is built, your child can customize it with paint and stickers.

Mt. Rainier Nature Center

Toddler Time @ Art Works Now

Likin’ the Lichens (Ages 7+)
Join us on a field trip through the woods and learn how to recognize and appreciate the mysterious lichens! Bring water, insecticide and magnifying glasses.

Please join the PGCPS Elementary Mathematics Department and library staff for fun hands-on math games, math fact challenges and more!

Bowiefest 2018
Enjoy entertainment, food, children’s rides and over 250 vendors. There will also be a Home and Health Expo inside the Bowie Ice Arena and an Arts & Crafts area.

UMTTR 5th Annual 3 v 3 Basketball Tournament
Join this 3 x 3 basketball tournament fundraiser for teen suicide prevention.
